Returns & Exchanges

At LABWAH, we are committed to delivering garments defined by quality, precision, and intention. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Returned within 10 days of delivery

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with all tags attached

Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, washing, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.

LABWAH reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size adjustments when inventory is available.

If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • The incorrect item was sent

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • Items are clearly inspected before shipping

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or tailored garments

  • Worn/washed or damaged items

  • Discounted or promotional items

Items must be returned in new condition, free from scent, stains, creasing from wear, or any signs of use.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
